bayesGO: Bayesian ontology fingerprint, a statistical framework for biomedical literature mining

bayesGO is a statistical framework for the analysis of biomedical literature text mining data.

Installation

To install the development version of PICS, it’s easiest to use the ‘devtools’ package. Note that bayesGO depends on the ‘rjags’ package, which requires installation of the JAGS software (http://mcmc-jags.sourceforge.net/).
